Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for non-regulated items in new, unused condition and original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns and cancellations at our discretion.

Sales on the following items are final:

• Firearms and ammunition.
• Illumination devices, electronic sights, and optics.
• Clearance and special-order items.

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning items. RA numbers expire 15 days after issuance. Please contact hello@zethammo.com to request a return.

Cancellations

Customer-requested cancellations are subject to a 6% fee to cover non-refundable payment processor charges. In some cases—and at our discretion—we may waive this fee if the request is received promptly and the order has not yet entered fulfillment.

Once an order has begun processing or has been forwarded to our warehouse or distributor for fulfillment, cancellation is no longer possible.
