Shipping Policy
- Once orders are transferred to a common carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx), Zeth Ammo (Zethra LLC) is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.
- Firearms and ammunition shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
- Zeth Ammo complies with federal, state, and local regulations. By purchasing ammunition or firearms accessories, you acknowledge your responsibility to comply with your jurisdiction’s laws. Please verify the laws in your state before placing an order. Zeth Ammo reserves the right to cancel orders that violate these laws, with a 10% cancellation fee applied.
- Unfortunately, due to restrictive local regulations, we cannot ship ammunition to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- California
- New York City (we can ship to most other areas in the state of New York)
- Chicago and several surrounding cities (we can ship to most other areas in the state of Illinois)
- Washington, DC
- All international locations, including Canada
- The following states require additional verification:
- Connecticut: Requires a valid, unexpired carry permit or ammunition certificate for ammunition purchases.
- Illinois: Requires a valid FOID card. Shipping address must match the FOID or state-issued driver’s license.
- Massachusetts: Requires a valid LTC (Firearms License to Carry).
- New Jersey: Requires a valid FPID card for ammunition purchases.
- New York: Shipments are restricted to active law enforcement or FFL holders.
