1. Customer Affidavit

By ordering from ZethAmmo.com, you affirm that the following statements are true and accurate:

2. I am not a fugitive from justice.
3. I am not an unlawful or illegal alien and am not a nonimmigrant alien.
4. I will not, in an unauthorized manner, export any ammunition and/or firearm accessories.
5. Zethra LLC is not violating any state or local laws by selling ammunition and/or firearm accessories to me or having it delivered to me.
6. I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
7. I have never been discharged from the armed forces under dishonorable conditions.
8. I am not under indictment for, nor have I been convicted in court of, a crime punishable by more than one year in prison or of any crime of domestic violence.
9. I am currently not subject to a domestic violence restraining order.
10. I am not an unlawful user or addict of any controlled substance, nor have I been adjudicated as mentally defective or committed to any mental institution.

By submitting an order, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zethra LLC and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, owners, agents, officers, and employees from and against any potential civil or criminal liability arising from a violation of these statements.

2. Local Regulations

Zeth Ammo complies with federal, state, and local regulations. By purchasing ammunition or firearms accessories, you acknowledge your responsibility to comply with your jurisdiction’s laws. Please verify the laws in your state before placing an order. Zethra LLC reserves the right to cancel orders that violate these laws, with a 10% cancellation fee applied. 3. Firearm Sales

• Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate FFL details for the transfer.
• All firearm sales are final.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws before purchasing firearms.
• Zethra LLC does not ship firearms or components to prohibited jurisdictions.

4. Returns and Cancellations

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for non-regulated items in new, unused condition and original packaging.
• Sales on the following items are final:
  • Firearms and ammunition.
  • Illumination devices, electronic sights, and optics.
  • Clearance and special-order items.

5. Promotions and Pricing Errors

• Promotions and discounts are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled at any time without notice.
• Zethra LLC does not honor price matching or promotional discounts on past or future orders.
• In the event of pricing or typographical errors, Zethra LLC reserves the right to cancel orders, even if the order has been confirmed or your payment processed. A full refund will be issued for such cancellations.
• Products listed at incorrect prices due to errors or omissions may be canceled. Your sole remedy is a refund of the amount paid.

6. Shipping and Liability

• Once orders are transferred to a common carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx), Zethra LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.
• Firearms and ammunition shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure a secure delivery location.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zethra LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Zethra LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products purchased.

8. Changes to Terms

Zethra LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on ZethAmmo.com. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
